Today's energy market is experiencing significant shifts not only in its technology, but also in its market structure. Energy efficiency, renewable energy and low-income assistance programs often require creative solutions to address these technology and market changes.

Project Spotlight

MSB provides program delivery services to local governments for the Iowa Energy Bank, including technical assistance to identify and implement cost-effective energy management improvements and exploration of financing options for up-front capital costs.

MSB has also developed and delivered several educational programs for Rebuild Iowa, from enhancing building operator energy management skills through workshops to developing a guide book and seminar for representatives of other state energy offices wishing to incorporate the Energy Bank program model.

MSB Energy Associates has worked in both the public and private sectors to develop, deliver, refine and evaluate programs that assist ratepayers and/or impact the renewable energy market. Our work has included:

Directing a statewide program for the promotion of solar energy in Wisconsin . As part of the program, MSB has performed marketing, technical assistance, economic analysis training, project coordination and funding support.
