MSB Energy Associates - Rates and Regulation

MSB Energy Associates provides assistance on traditional regulatory issues as well as on issues associated with industry restructuring. With experience as regulatory agency staff members, we understand regulatory and legislative policy-making processes. Project Spotlight

MSB worked with the Citizens Utility Board of Wisconsin to review a fuel rate increase request by Wisconsin Power and Light. MSB analyzed purchase power contracts, rate allocations, resource planning, load management options, fuel costs and upkeep on generating stations.

Our work resulted in a savings of over a million dollars for the utility’s customers.
